Getting Started with Telephone Banking

Call (717) 492-2222 from any touch-tone phone.

Previously Enrolled Users: Choose Option one (1) from the Account Menu. You will be requested to enter your login ID. Your login ID is your Social Security number. You will be prompted to enter your PIN number.

New Users: The first time you call you will need the following information to enroll. Your checking, savings, loan or time deposit account number; social security number; date of birth; or five (5) digit zip code.

There are several “action keys” on your telephone keypad that can be pushed any time. Option eight (8) will return you to the previous menu. Nine (9) will repeat the menu you are in. Option zero (0) will transfer you to a Customer Service Representative.
