Getting Started with Telephone Banking

Call (717) 492-2222 from any touch-tone phone.

Previously Enrolled Users: Choose Option one (1) from the System Menu. Brief instructions will follow concerning whether you have previously signed on or not. If you have enrolled previously you may ignore the instructions and select Option 1 again. You will be requested to enter your login ID. Your login ID is your Social Security number. You will be prompted to enter your PIN number. Your PIN is a 4-digit number you created upon your first access.

New Users: The first time you call you will need the following information to enroll. Your checking, savings, loan or time deposit account number; social security number; date of birth; or five (5) digit zip code.

Your login ID is all 9 digits of your Social Security number. You will be prompted to enter a PIN number. The temporary PIN for your sign-on is the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. You will be required to create a secret 4-digit PIN before continuing. Please note, this PIN is not the same as any PIN previously assigned to a debit card. Once enrolled, you will always choose Option one (1) from the Account Menu.

There are several “action keys” on your telephone keypad that can be pushed any time. Option eight (8) will return you to the previous menu. Nine (9) will repeat the menu you are in. Option zero (0) will transfer you to a Customer Service Representative.
