This position is responsible for providing leadership, coaching, training and management of performance of the branch team in achievement of goals. Generate bank business through in-branch sales and external business development while maintaining operational integrity. Financial Service Representatives provide professional and efficient customer service, identify client needs and recommend appropriate loan and deposit products. Responsibilities include opening accounts, taking loan applications, and cross-selling additional products and services. This person should be capable of resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner. In addition the Financial Services Representative efficiently processes banking transactions on the Teller line, maintaining an accurate balancing record and performing other operational duties in association with the teller line.

Provides administrative support to the Commercial/Business Banking Department by facilitating the request for commercial loan documents for the Commercial/Business Banking Group. Be the Bank’s voice for information needed from the borrower for settlement, order due diligence items, ensure that all pre-closing terms and conditions have been met, work with settlement companies and/or attorney offices in preparation for loan closing, and manage the overall documentation process with the commercial and business lenders.
